2x+3y+15=0
2k and k-3 lies in this line so
2(2k)+3(k-3)+15=0
4k+3k+6=0
7k=-6
k=-6/7

alexpatnala: Bro I think it is -6/7

the question means that
2 \times 2k + 3 \times (k - 3) + 15 = 0 \\ 4k + 3k - 9 + 15 = 0 \\ 7k + 6 = 0 \\ 7k =  - 6 \\ so \: k =  \frac{ - 6}{7}
I HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.
