if point (a,2) lies on the graph of linear equation 2x-3y+8=0, find the value of 5a+6

a,2 means
when we put x=a and y=2 we get zero
on putting x=a and y=2 in the given eq.
2a+3(2)+8=0
2a+6+10=0
2a=16
a=8
Therefore
5a+6=
5(8)+6
=46
