If points (a,0)(o,b)and (1,1)are collinear ,then find the value of1/a+1/b=1

if this points are collinear then the area of triangle formed by them will be 0

so, a(b-1)+0(1-0)+1(0-b)=0

ab-a-b=0

ab=a+b

1/ab= 1/a+1/b
