point are collinear so
slope of AB = slope of AC
b - 1/(a +2)= -1-1 /(4+2)
b - 1/ (a+2) = -2 / 6
b-1/(a+2) = -1/3
3b - 3 = - a - 2
3b +a = 1
3b +a =1
a - b = 1
a= 1+b
3b +a = 1
3b +1 +b =1
4b =0
b =0
a = 1+b =1+0 =1
so a =1 and b =0
