if we reverse the name 'POLICE' we get 'ECILOP.the letter 'E' is the 5th letter in the alphabet and now (5+2)=7,and now we find the 7th letter of the alphabet which is 'G'.same is the pattern for the other letters in the word 'ECILOP'.

now if we reverse the word 'OFFICER',we get 'RECIFFO'. 'R' is the 18th letter in the alphabet (18+2)=20,'T' being the 20th letter in the alphabet would be the first letter in the coded word. following 'T' we would have

E=5th=5+2=7th=G

C=3rd=3+2=5th=E

I=9th=9+2=11th=K

F=6th=6+2=8th=H

and,

O=15th=15+2=17th=Q

therefore the required code for 'OFFICER' is 'TGEKHHQ'.
