Consider p(x)=p(1)

A term is something which is separated by using operations like addition and subtraction only, for example, in this question we can observe there are 4 terms which are as follows:

3x^4, -3x^3, -3x^2, 6/x-2.

All three polynomials are in standard form.

Here we will put the value of x as 1 so the value of each term will be as follows:

3(1)^4=3

-3(1)^3=-3

-3(1)^2=-3

6/1-2=6/-1=-6

So,

p(x)=p(1)=3-3-3-6=-9
