g+a=19
g-p =9
4g+p+3a=74
3g+g+p+3a=74
3( g+a)+g+p=74
3 (19)+ g+p=74
g+p=74-57
g+p=17
g=17-p

so putting values of g in
g-p =9
17-2p=9
8=2p
p=4

then g=17-4=13

then a=19-13 =6

so
a+p=4+6=10kg
