we know, v= dx/dt

v = d (3i + 4j)/dt

  => d (3t i)/dt  +  d(4t j)/dt              (differentiation)

v =>  3i + 4j  m/s

Resultant => v = \sqrt{3^{2}+4^{2}  } => 5 m/s
