Answer : pq+rs

Solution :

mean proportion :

(p^2+r^2)/x = x/(q^2+s^2)

=> x^2 = (p^2+r^2)(q^2+s^2)

=> x^2 = (pq)^2 + (ps)^2 +(rq)^2 +(rs)^2

Given p,q,r,s are proportional. Which means ps=qr

=> x^2 = (pq)^2 + 2pqrs + +(rs)^2

=> x^2 = (pq+rs)^2

=> x = pq+rs
