if pressure is inversely proportional to volume then why when we blow a balloon its volume increase its mean this is wrong ​

Boyle's law: at constant temperature the volume of given mass of the gas is inversely proportional to the pressure of the gas. so when the pressure decrease there will be increase in volume. according to your question the given statement is wrong.
