Velocity is independent of pressure.
So,there will be no effect on velocity of the sound.

The speed of sound wave does not change with pressure.

Explanation:

The speed of sound waves does not directly depend upon the pressure. Therefore, if the pressure is increased 4 times, the speed of sound remains unaltered or unchanged.

The speed of sound wave solely a factor dependent upon the temperature of the medium it is travelling. The speed of light though indirectly depends upon the square root of pressure but has direct derivation to temperature dependence.

Thereby, the speed of sound wave does not change with pressure at a constant temperature of the medium.
