Answer:

Let initial price be Rs.10/kg , New price would become 12/kg .

Initial expenditure of the family = Rs.100 , New Expenditure is Rs.110

Therefore ( New Expenditure / New Price ) = 110/12 = 9.16 Kg .

hope you got it

Answer:

Correct Answer:

Rs.18

Let the intial expenditure

= 100 units

Increase in consumption=2080=14

5→New/4→Original

Ofiginal Price=36×1000/4×500

[∴500gm=500/1000kg]

Original Price = Rs.18/kg.
