Answer:

simple interest = principal × R × N / 100

principal = 400

rate = 5%

time = 3 years

= 400×5×3/100

= 4×5×3

= 20×3

= 60 is the simple interest

GiveN :-

  • Principal = Rs 400

  • Rate = 5 %

  • Time = 3 years

To FinD :-

  • Simple interest

SolutioN :-

 \large : \implies  \underline{ \boxed{ \bf \blue{S.I =\frac{P \times R \times T}{100}}}} \\  \\: \implies \sf  S.I =  \frac{400 \times 5 \times 3}{100} \\  \\ : \implies \sf  S.I =  \frac{6000}{100} \\  \\ : \implies  \boxed{\sf  S.I = Rs \: 60}

 \large \therefore \underline { \green{ \bf Rs  \: 60 \:  is \:  the  \: Simplest \:  interest}}
