Hey friend!!!

Here's ur answer...

=========================

p {x} \\ ^{2}  + 3x + q = 0 \\  \\if \: x =  - 1 \\  \\ p( - 1 {)}^{2}  + 3( - 1) + q = 0 \\ p - 3 + q = 0 \\ p + q = 3 -  -  -  - (1) \\  \\  \\ if \: x =  - 2 \\ p( - 2 {)}^{2}  + 3( - 2) + q = 0 \\ 4p - 6 + q = 0 \\ 4p + q = 6 -  -  -  -  - (2) \\  \\  \\ subtract \: (1) \: from \: (2) \\ 4p + q - p - q = 6 - 3 \\ 3p = 3 \\ p = 1 \\  \\ put \: in \: (1) \\  \\ 1 + q = 3 \\  \\ q = 2 \\  \\ p - q = 1 - 2 \\  =  - 1
