Step-by-step explanation:

 \frac{q+1}{q}  = 6

Now squaring both sides,

(\frac{q+1}{q} )^{2}   =( 6) ^{2}

(  \frac{ {q}^{2}  + 2q + 1}{q ^{2}}) = 36

 \frac{{q}^{2}  + 2q + 1}{q} = 36 {q}

 \frac{ {q }^{2}  + 1}{q} = 36q - 2q

  \frac{  {q}^{2}  + 1}{q} = 34q

 \frac{ {q}^{2} + 1 }{ {q}^{2} }  = 34

Hence proved,

 \huge \boxed{  \color{white} \colorbox{red}{hope \: this \: help \: you}}
