total surface area will be
CSA of inner side + CSA of external side +2[area of bigger base - area of smaller base ]
=2πrh+2πRh+2[πR²-πr²]
=2π(rh+Rh)+2π(R²-r²)
2π(rh+Rh)+2π(R+r)(R-r)
2πh(r+R)+2π(R+r)(R-r)
2π(r+R)(h+R-r)
