if (R+r)=4 and (R-r)=1. then find R and r?

r=3/2
R=5/2

(R+r)=4 (eqn 1)
(R-r)=1 (eqn 2)
then, R=4-r (eqn 3)
on putting the value of R from eqn 3
(4-r-r)=1
4-2r=1
r=1.5 and on putting tge value of r in eqn 1
R = 2.5
