In first circuit
Equivalent resistance of R1 and R2 is 15
And the equivalent resistance of the whole circuit is = 15*15/15+15=15/2 ohm
And the current through the first circuit is
I= V/R=12*2/15=1.6 amp
In second circuit
Equivalent resistance of R2 and R3 is 10+15=25 ohm
The equivalent resistance of the whole circuit is 25*5/25+5=25/6
Current I = 12*6/25=2.88=2.9
Ratio:
1.6:2.9
