Lenght of arc = theta / 360 x 2π r

( since it is arc in one fourth of circle , therefore theta = 90)

Length of arc = 90/360 x 2 x 22/7 x 28

= 1/4 x 44 x 4

= 11 x 4

= 44 cm

Therefore lenght of arc is 44 cm.
