c.s.a of new cylinder : c.s.a of old cylinder=2*π*2r*h\2π*r*2h ratio=1:1

OLD measurement :-
radius = r
height = h

NEW measurement :-
radius = 2r
height = 1/2h

old CSA = 2*π*r*h
New CSA = 2*π*2r*1/2h

Ratio is :- New CSA / Old CSA
= 2*π*2r*1/2h ÷ 2*π*r*h
= 2πrh / 2πrh
= 1:1

Hence the ratio is 1:1
