OLD measurement :-
radius = r
height = h
NEW measurement :-
radius = 2r
height = 1/2h
old CSA = 2*π*r*h
New CSA = 2*π*2r*1/2h
Ratio is :- New CSA / Old CSA
= 2*π*2r*1/2h ÷ 2*π*r*h
= 2πrh / 2πrh
= 1:1
Hence the ratio is 1:1
