Let r be the radius.
h be the height.
So,volume=πr"2h.
New radius= r+r/10=11r/10.
New height =h-h/10=9h/10.
New volume=π(11r/10)"2(9h/10)
=π(121/100)r"2(9/10)h
=πr"2h(1089/1000)
Old volume :new volume
=1:(1089/1000)
=1000/1089
