If radius of sphere is doubled find percentage increase in volume.

Volume of sphere = V = 4π/3  R³
So if radius is doubled to 2R, then the new volume becomes 8 times ie., 8V.

Increase in volume = 8V-V = 7 V
% increase :  7V/V * 100 = 700%
