Suppose Shalu income is 100 and Rashmi 160.

So how much (x) should Shalu income be, so that Rashmi's is 100?

100/x=160/100

x=100*100/160

x=62.5

So Shalu's income is

(100-62.5)%=37.5% less than Rashmi's
