formula of area of circle is pie(r)²

area of r1 = 4cm and area of r2=9cm

circumstance of circle is 2pieR

circle1 = 2×22/7×2 ( r1= 2 because 4 is square if 2)

= 12.57 appox = 13

circle2= 2×22/7×3. ( r2= 3)

= 18.85 appox = 19

ratio of circumstance of two circles will be 13:19

ratio of area of 1st circle = pie×r²=4x

ratio of area of 2nd circle =pie ×r²=9x

therefore ratio of radius = [4/9] x

Now circumference = 4×pie×2×x ÷ 9× pie×2×x

ratio of circumference = 8:18
