Step-by-step explanation:

area of a circle = 3.14 × R^2

ratio= 3.14 × R^2 = 4

3.14 × R1^2 9 ( pie can be cut )

so now we get

R= 4^1/2 =2

R1= 9^1/2 =3

circumference= 2×3.14×R

ratio=2×3.14×2

2×3.14×3 ( 2×3.14 can be cut)

hence the ratio is 2:3

Answer:

2:3

π/R^2/πr^2=4:9

R/r=2:3
