Let the two numbers be 3x and 4x.
Given H. C. F = 4.
=>x = 4.
As we know that product of the numbers equals to LCM × HCF,
=>3x x 4 x = 4 x L. C. M
=>LCM = 12 x² /4.
=>LCM = 48.

Answer:

48

Step-by-step explanation:

x*y = LCM*HCF

3a*4a = LCM*4

LCM = 12a^{2} / 4 = 3a^{2}

=> 3a*4a = 3a^{2}

=> 12a = 3a^{2}

=> a = 4

=> 3a^{2}

=> 3(4^{2})

=> 3*16

=> 48
