perimeter of a parallelogram=2(a+b)

two sides=2x:3x

60=2(2x+3x)

60=2(5x)

5x=60/2

5x=30

x=30/5

x=6cm

first side=2x=2×6=12cm

second side=3x=3×6=18cm
