So, if mitochondria are present in them, then the cells shortly will be modified to make a use of Cytoplasm too for energy generation by Glycolysis.

yes all the has mitochondria but RBC has not have that because it is carrier of oxygen it want space to carrier oxygen and hemoglobin. the young RBC it not contain nuleous but the old RBC it contain small nuleous
