Question :-

→ Given above ↑

Answer :-

 \to  \boxed{\sf \theta \:  = 30 \degree \:  \: and \: r \:  =  {4}}

To Find:-

 \sf \: find  \:  r \: and  \:  \: \theta

Answer :-

We have ,

 \to \sf r \cos \theta  =  { 2 }{ \sqrt{3} } \:  \: ....eq.(1)  \\ \bf and \\  \to \sf \: r \sin \theta = 2 \:  \:  ....eq.(2)\\  \\  \sf squaring \: of \: both \: equations \: and \: then \\  \:   \sf \: ading \:  \\  \\  \to \sf {r}^{2}   { \cos}^{2}  \theta +  {r}^{2}  { \sin}^{2} \theta =  12  + 4 \\  \\  \to \sf {r}^{2} ( { \sin}^{2}  \theta +  { \cos}^{2}  \theta) =  {16}  \\  \because \:  { \sin}^{2}  \theta +  { \cos}^{2}  \theta = 1 \\  \therefore \:  \\  \to \sf  {r}^{2}  =  {16}  \\  \\  \to \boxed{ \sf \: r =  4 } \:  \\  \\ \sf \:  put \: in \: eq.(2) \\  \\  \to \:  {4} \sin \theta = 2 \\  \\  \to \:  \sin \theta =  \frac{ 1}{2}  \\  \\  \to \:  \theta  =  { \sin}^{ - 1} (   \sin \: 30 \degree) \\  \\  \to \boxed{ \theta = 30 \degree \: }
