X+Y=25
X*Y=144
from first equation, Y=25-X so
X(25-X)=144
25X-X^2=144
X^2-25X+144=0
after solving Quadratic equation , we get
= (25+7)/2 or (25-7)/2
16 and 9 are the two numbers.
and difference will be 16-9=7
