If Rijo can complete a work in 30 days and Soham finishes same work in 60 days,

To Find :-

How many days they would require to finish the work working together?

Solution :-

Rijo take 30 days to completer his work

∴ Work of Rijo in 1 day ------- 1/30

Soham finishes same work in 60

∴ Work of Sohan in 1 day ------- 1/60

Total work by Rijo and Sohan in 1 day = 1/30 + 1/60

⇒ 2 + 1/60

⇒ 3/60

⇒ 1/20

1/20 work is being done by both in 1 day

Time taken to complete work = 1/(1/20)

⇒ 1/1 × 20/1

⇒ 20 days
