  • initial velocity=u=0m/s
  • Final velocity=v=400m/s
  • Time=t=2s

We know

\boxed{\sf Acceleration=\dfrac{v-u}{t}}

\\ \sf\longmapsto Acceleration=\dfrac{400-0}{2}

\\ \sf\longmapsto Acceleration=\dfrac{400}{2}

\\ \sf\longmapsto Acceleration=200m/s^2

Now

Using second equation of kinematics

\boxed{\sf s=ut+\dfrac{1}{2}at^2}

\\ \sf\longmapsto s=0(2)+\dfrac{1}{2}\times 200\times (2)^2

\\ \sf\longmapsto s=100\times 4

\\ \sf\longmapsto s=400m
