Step-by-step explanation:

I can't take photo but in this I explains you

So first we write

He sell his house =60000

The profit percent=5%

So 60000×5

₹300000÷10

Rs 30000

Because of 10%suffer what you have written

So he sold his house at Rs 30000

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

If Rohan sells his house for rupees 60000 he will have loss by 10 % for how much it should be sold if he desire profit 5 %.

To find:-

how much it should be sold if he desire profit 5 %.

Solution:-

Selling Price of Rohan's house=Rs. 60,000

Let the Cost Price of Rohan's house =Rs. X

Loss percentage on it=10%

We know that

Cost Price=(100×seling price)/(100-l)

=>CP=(100×60,000)/(100-10)

=>CP=60,00,000/90

=>CP=600000/9

=>CP= Rs.66666.67

Now desiring Profit =5%

Then the selling Price will be

Selling Price=(100+g)×CP/100

=>SP=(100+5)×66666.67/100

=>SP=105×66666.67/100

=>SP=105×666.6667

=>SP=70,000.0035

Selling Price =70,000

Answer:-

If he desires for 5% then the house should be sold for Rs.70,000
