 \sqrt{72}  +  \sqrt{48}  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 3 \times 3}  +  \sqrt{2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 3}  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{ {2}^{2} \times  {3}^{2}  \times 2 }  +  \sqrt{ {2}^{2} \times  {2}^{2}  \times 3 }  \\  \\  = 3 \times 2 \sqrt{2}  + 2 \times 2 \sqrt{3}  \\  \\  = 6 \sqrt{2}  + 4 \sqrt{3}  \\  \\  = 8.484 + 6.928 \\  \\  = 15.412
