Given :   √3  = 1.7  ,  √2 = 1.4

To find :   1/(√3  - √2)   , 1/(3 + 2√2)

Solution:

1/√3  - √2

multiplying numerator & denominator by  √3  + √2

=  ( √3  + √2) /  (√3  + √2)(√3  - √2)

=  ( √3  + √2) /  (3 - 2)

=  ( √3  + √2) /  1

=  √3  + √2

√3  = 1.7  ,  √2 = 1.4

= 1.7 + 1.4

= 3.1

1/(3 + 2√2)

=  (3 - 2√2)/ (9 - 8)

= (3 - 2√2)/1

= 3 - 2√2

= 3 - 2*1.4

= 3 - 2.8

= 0.2

1/(√3  - √2)  = 3.1

1/(3 + 2√2) = 0.2
