The sulfur is curing agent for the rubber, The chemical process of the sulfur and rubber are heated up to 160.
The process leads to the cross links formation between the rubber molecules to acquire the tensile strength, elasticity hardness, weather resistance, resilience and others.
If the rubber is processed less than the curing temperature then the sulfur is physically filler in rubber matrix.
