then

manoj = 100% - 40% = 60%

ms=60%ss ...(1)

Let ms+x*ms=ss ...(2)

substituting (1) in (2)

60%ss+x* 60%ss=ss

(1+x)*60%=1

1+x=1/0.6

x=1/0.6-1

x=2/3~0.6666

Let convert the value into percent by multiplying with 100

100*0.6666=66.66%=(66+0.66)%=66 2/3%
