hey it's your ans-..

sec \:   \: theta =\frac{22}{7}

sin  \:  \: theta = ?

cos  \:  \: theta =  \frac{1}{sec \: theta}

cos \:  \:  theta =  \frac{1}{22 \7}

i.e  \:  \:  cos \:  \:  theta =  \frac{7}{22}

By  \:  \: identity

sin^2 theta + cos^2theta = 1

sin^2 theta + (7/22 )^2 = 1

sin^2 theta +  ( 49 / 484 ) = 1

sin^2 theta = 1 -  ( 49 / 484 )

sin theta = √\frac{435}{484}

i.e  \: sin theta = √ 435 / 22

hope  \:  \:  \: helpful.. \:  \:
