We know the relation between secx and cosx is [taking theta as'x']

Sec x = 1/cos x

So cos x = 12/13

Cos theta= 12/13

And the relation between sec x and tan x is

Sec^2 x -tan^2 x = 1

So

Tan^2 x = sec^2 x -1

= (13/12)^2 -1

= 169/144 -1

=(169-144)/144

= 25/144

Tan x = root ( 25/144)

Tan x= 5/12

Tan theta=5/12

Hope it helps
