Step-by-step explanation:

sec0-tan0 = 1/2..............(1)

multipliying by (sec0+tan0) in both sides

sec²0-tan²0 = 1/2( sec0+tan0)

1 = 1/2(sec0-tan0)

=> sec0+tan0 = 2..............(2)

adding (1) and (2)

2sec0 = 5/2

=> sec0 = 5/4

substracting (1) from (2)

2 tan0 = 3/2

=> tan0 = 3/4

hence sec0 = 5/4 and tan0 = 3/4

hope this helps you
