Hi ,

secA = 2x -----( 1 )

tanA = 2/x ------( 2 )

sec² A - tan² A = 1

( 2x )² - ( 2 /x )² = 1

4x² - 4/x² = 1

4 ( x² - 1/ x² ) = 1

2( x² - 1/ x² ) = 1/2

I hope this helps you.

:)

sayajiraogaikw: 4 ( x² - 1/ x² ) = 1 after that 2( x² - 1/ x² ) = 1/2 ??? plzzz i dont get that only
mysticd: divide both sides with 2
mysticd: 4/2 ( x² - 1/x² ) = 1/2
mysticd: is it clear
sayajiraogaikw: thnx
mysticd: u're welcome
