If SecA–tan A = 8/9, find the value of SecA+ tan A

we know that

sec^2 A - tan^2 A = 1

(sec A + tan A) ( sec A - tan A) = 1

sec A + tan A = 1/(sec A - tan A)

= 1/(8/9)

= 9/8
