Solution:

Let say GP  is

a , ar , a r² , ar³ ,  a r⁴  

a = 1st term

ar = 2nd term = 10

ar⁴ = 5th term = 80

=> ar⁴ = 80

=> arr³ = 80

=> 10r³ = 80

=> r³ = 8  

=> r = 2

ar  = 10

=> a(2) = 10

=> a = 5

5 , 10 , 20 , 40 , 80  

a = 5 ,  r = 2
