 \sec( \alpha )  +  \tan( \alpha )  = m \\  \\  \sec( \alpha )  -  \tan( \alpha )  = n
Then

mn= (sec theta+ tan theta)(sec theta - tan theta)

mn = sec² theta - tan² theta

Siince 1+ tan²theta = sec² theta
=> 1= sec² theta -tan² theta

Then
mn = 1

Hence proved
