Answer: Sex does not follow Mendel's law of dominance.

As per the Mendel's law of dominance, a trait or character of an organism is determined by gene that exists in two alternative forms ( also called alleles). Out of the two alleles, the one that expresses itself is dominant whereas the other one is recessive allele.

Sex can not follow Mendel's law of dominance because there are no alternative form of the gene determining the sex of an organism.

For instance, in case of human beings, sex is determined by X chromosome in female ( having genotype XX) and Y chromosome in male ( having genotype XY). Thus, there is no case of dominant and recessive allele here.
