So if shareholders are not satisfied with the performance of the CEO then the first thing that should be done is to find the reason behind it. once the reason is found the CEO must try to resolve the problem, at the same time he must assure the shareholders that they will not face such issue in future because proper co-ordination between the two groups is important.
