if simran's weight is 600N on the earth .how far she should be from centre of the earth so that her weight will be 300N?(radius of earth is 64*10^5m)

Assumptions: the condition is at equator, @ equator distance from the center of earth is 6400 km.

Since we know, W = mg

Considering w= 600 N and g= 9.81 in case 1

Mass of the object will be 61.16 kg

Considering m=61.16 and w = 300N

Then g2=4.905

(g1/g2)=(r2/r1)^2

(9.81/4.908)=(6400+x/6400)^2

X = 2648.20km (from the surface of the earth)
