we know that,

sin^2 0+cos^2 0= 1

(4/5)2 +cos ^2 0 =1'

cos^2 0 = 1 - 16/25

cos^2 0 = 25-16/25

cos^2 0 = 9/25

cos 0 = 3/5 (taking square root of both the side)
