theta is written as @ 

if sin@ = 6/10 = 3/5

sin@ =3/5 =height/hypotenuse

then, let height = 3x and hypotenuse=5x

then, by pythagoras theorem,

base^2 =25x^2 - 9x^2

base= root 16x^2

base= 4x

then 

cos@ = base/hypotenuse  = 4x/5x = 4/5

and 

tan@ =height/base = 4x/3x= 4/3

then.

on adding cos@ and tan theta@, they will

4/5 + 4/3 

taking LCM,

(12+20)/15 =32/15
