Solution:

Given sinA = a/b---(1)

i) cos²A = 1-sin²A

= 1- (a/b)²

= 1- a²/b²

= (b²-a²)/b²

cosA = √(b²-a²)/b ---(2)

ii) cotA = cosA/sinA

= [√(b²-a²)/b]/(a/b)

= √(b²-a²)/a---(3)

sin = \frac{a}{b}

cos = \frac{1}{sin} = \frac{1}{a/b}

= \frac{b}{a}

cot = \frac{sin}{cos} = \frac{a/b}{b/a}

= \frac{a^2}{b^2}

Hope it helps!!!
